VRWeld User Manual

1. Getting Started

Hardware Requirements:
  • Meta Quest 2 or Quest 3
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Charging cable and ample play space

Installation Steps:
  • Power on your Meta Quest headset
  • Download and install VRWeld from App Lab or your provided installer
  • Open the app and follow the on-screen calibration instructions

2. Navigation & Controls

Main Menu Navigation:
  • Use hand controllers to point and select modules: Lessons, Practice, Blueprint, Procedure, Challenges, Safety, etc

Basic Controls:
  • Trigger: Activate welder or grab items
  • Thumbstick: Move in virtual space
  • Grip: Hold tools

3. Support & Troubleshooting

Common Issues:
  • App not launching → Restart headset
  • Controllers not responding → Re-pair via Quest settings
  • Low tracking accuracy → Ensure good lighting and headset sensors are clean
